Since our products are digital tech courses, please read our refund terms carefully.
1. Digital Products
Once you have enrolled in or accessed a course, refunds are not automatically available, as digital content cannot be returned.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same course.
- You experience technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved by our team.
- You mistakenly purchased a course but have not accessed or started it (within 3 days of purchase).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed courses.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms.
- Promotional or discounted courses.
